R.: --I have recently repaired and re-set my ancestors tombstones at Carver Cemetery in Calumet Township. --There are only two stones in the "cemetery" which is in a cow pasture. --They were the parents of: William Carver, Lucinda Bethleu Carver, Aretha Carver, Benjamin Carver, Annis Olivia Carver, James Carver, Nancy Carver and Thomas Carver. --They came to Pike county, Missouri from Sullivan county, Tennesse around 1851. --Comments below are also courtesy of Kathy R. |
