Moore Cemetery
| Information on this cemetery was compiled by Charles Joel Moore from obituaries in The Bowling Green Times, Middletown Chips, Montgomery Standard Papers, and from county records. This cemetery which was located two miles north of Middletown in Pike County, T.51N.-R.4W., in Section 31 was destroyed by the people living there in the 1930's. It contained between 40 and 50 graves. The stones were hauled away, some of them were found around the dwelling being used as walks, and others were dumped in Cuivre River.
