THIS LICENSE AUTHORIZES any Judge, Justice of the Peace, Licensed or Ordained Preacher of the Gospel, or any other person authorized under the Laws of this State, to SOLEMNIZE MARRIAGE Between John G. Boehm of Louisiana County of Pike and State of Missouri, who is over the age of twenty-one years; and Mary A. Headrick of Louisiana in the County of Pike and State of Missouri who is over the age of eighteen years.

, ?, MO; died Dec 1942 and was buried in St Peter's Cemetery, Kirksville, Mo. 
He was the son of Frank and Mary (AULT) BOEHM. 
He married Mary Agnes HEADRICK 30 Oct 1888 in Pike Co MO. 
Mary Agnes HEADRICK was born 06 Jun 1870 in MO, and died 28 Feb 1955 - buried in St Peter's Cemetery, Kirksville, Mo. 
She was the daughter of Peter Lafiett and Angela (MYERS) HEADRICK. 
She grew up on Louisiana, Mo. where she was in the class of Champ Clark who became a National Legislator from Mo. in later years.
