Obituary from the Bowling
Green Times, Death of Mrs. Baxter. Mrs. Edith Baxter died Thursday morning at 2 o'clock at the residence of Wm. H. Baxter on Buffalo, at the age of 86 years and 11 months. Mrs. Baxter was born in Pike county and has lived all her life within its bounds. The funeral was conducted from the residence Friday at 12 o'clock and the interment took place at Buffalo cemetery. Mrs. Baxter was the mother of Mrs. J. W. Boyd of Buffalo and the grandmother of Charles Baxter, the young volunteer who died in this city recently Notes from contributor, Edith B.: |
