Green Times, G. D. Hawkins died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Humprehy South, near Vandalia last Thursday morning at 6 o’clock. He was the grandfather of the TIMES editor and is know to many of our readers. Up to about 18 months ago he resided near New London, where he raised a large family.
