William Henry Price was born June 23, 1850 near Louisiana MO in Pike Co, and died at Middletown, MO Jan 13, 1913. He was 61 years 6 mo and 26 days of age. He was married to Mary Jane Griffith November 5, 1874. She died August 14, 1888. To this union were born three children, Luella, Ollie Pearson and Hugh. On August 5, 1891 he married Julia Ann Hobbs Heim of the Gazette neighborhood. They were the parents of six children. Mrs. Price had a son by a former marriage. Mr. Price raised this son, Charlie Ogle Heim as his own. Mr. Price was raised a Presbyterian, but joined the Primitive Baptist Church when he married the second time. He is survived by his wife, his children Lena, Homer, Milas, Paul and James of the home. Hugh of Minneapolis, MN and Ella of Bowling Green. Two Children preceded their father in death, Ollie Pearson and Phoebe.

The last will of Wm H. Price was recorded. Mr. Price left an estate of $20,000. He leaves all personal and real property to his wife as long as she remains a widow. Should she ever remarry, the estate is to be divided equally between his children Ella, Hugh, Lena, Homer, Milas, Paul and James Price. The Last will of William Henry Price: November 17, 1910: This is my last will. To my wife Annie Price I want her to have all we have real estate and personal property. I want this to be her property as long as she remains my widow. When she ceases to be my widow this property is to be divided between the following named children: Ogle Heim, Lena Price, Homer Price, Milas Price, Paul Price, and James S. Price. Now I have two other children: I want them to have $25.00 each, Ella Price McCune and Hugh Price. I want my wife to pay all just debts.
