Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 3, at Cyrene Baptist Church. The Rev. Clay Boley will officiate. Burial will be at Antioch Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, June 2, at Kirks Funeral Chapel in Bowling Green.

Mrs. Worthington was born Sept. 10, 1919, in Cyrene to John Preston and Claudine Turpin White.

She was married to Lloyd Dorsey Worthington. He preceded her in death June 19, 2005.

Survivors include three daughters, Norma Borne and husband, Tom, of Houston, Texas; Shirley Freeman of Bowling Green, and Alice Tinklenberg and husband, Rick, of Quincy, Ill.; four grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; five stepgreat-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, Pike Home Health & Hospital or Antioch Cemetery.
